Edit a reservation

How to edit reservation

  • Go to Quick Links (Far left on the homepage)
  • Select “Edit/Update Reservation”
  • Login if you need to
  • Find your case using the case name, number, internal case ID or claim number then click “Search”
  • To add documents only, select “Update Documents”
  • To edit/update the order, click “Update Reservation”
  • Edit and update the order as you need.
  • Once done, click “Save and Update Docs” if you need to also add or delete documents.
  • Or “Save and Finish” if you do NOT need to add or delete documents.
