How to edit reservation
- Go to Quick Links (Far left on the homepage)
- Select “Edit/Update Reservation”
- Login if you need to
- Find your case using the case name, number, internal case ID or claim number then click “Search”
- To add documents only, select “Update Documents”
- To edit/update the order, click “Update Reservation”
- Edit and update the order as you need.
- Once done, click “Save and Update Docs” if you need to also add or delete documents.
- Or “Save and Finish” if you do NOT need to add or delete documents.
